  3. set up the tutor group menu as it is
  4. assumed that you will enter names in
  5. tutor group blocks. You can press ESCAPE
  6. at any time and save the file using the
  7. save option on the main menu, re-load
  8. the data and add to it. You should use
  9. the sort option on the main menu to
  10. sort the file before you finally save
  11. it in its completed state.
